| The Value Express product line is structured around standard building components and has a quick turn-around after your order is processed. Most orders delivered within 3-5 weeks. All are "Pre-Engineered" and come with erection drawings, ready for you to construct on your building pad. In Tennessee, all buildings will be designed to the Standard Building Code (SBC) and load requirements for each county the building is to be erected. | All Value Express Buildings have a 1:12 roof slope and are gable symmetrical. Bracing is diaphragm or optional X-bracing if required by code. Roof panels are 26 ga. Galvalume or pick from Standard Express Colors. Wall panels are 26 ga., pick from Standard Express Colors. Wall trim and down spouts, color to match wall. Call for a list of Accessories and other options. We can build the foundation and erect the building for you or drop ship the building kit to your location. Most price quotes can be handled over the phone within minutes. |
